Ingredients: 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced. 2 bell peppers, thinly sliced. 1 red onion, thinly sliced. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 tbsp olive oil. 2 tsp chili powder. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. Juice of 1 lime.
Instructions: Set the oven temperature to 400F 200C. Sliced chicken, bell peppers, red onion, and minced garlic should all be combined in a big mixing bowl. Mix the olive oil, lime juice, salt, black pepper, cumin, chili powder, and paprika in a small bowl. Drizzle the chicken and veggies with the spice mixture. Mix everything until thoroughly combined. On a sheet pan, distribute the chicken and vegetable mixture equally.
