I think about Sheith a lot, but these are the thoughts that make me feel it right in my chest.
When Shiro wakes up from a nightmare and has a hard time falling back asleep, he finds a lot of comfort in watching Keith. When he watches the steady rise and fall of Keith’s chest, Shiro is able to follow along and calm himself down.
Shiro tends to use pet names pretty often, especially “baby” or “love”. Keith doesn’t use them unless he’s joking around like, “Shiro, honey, could you be a dear and get me some water?”
Forehead touches and kisses are definitely their thing. Keith is irritated? Shiro will lean his forehead against his and ask if he wants to talk about whatever is bothering him. Shiro is staying up late? Keith gives him a goodnight kiss on the forehead.
They don’t show too much PDA in public because there’s a time and a place, but on some occasions and depending who they’re with, they might hold hands or have an arm around the other. In private, oh boy, these two can’t get their hands off each other. Shiro will practically be laying on top of Keith and nuzzling his face into Keith’s neck. Keith likes Shiro’s warmth, especially when they’re spooning. They just love close contact.
Keith loves coming up behind Shiro, wrapping his arms around his waist, and hiding his face between his shoulder blades.
They both love flowers! They’ll buy the other flowers just because and if they find an open field of them, they can easily sit there for a few hours, flicking pieces of grass at each other, breathing in the fresh air, and watching little bugs buzz around them.
These two danced around each other when they first got together, but not in a bad way. Keith isn’t the greatest with words, so he never knew how to ask Shiro if he wanted to cuddle or if he could kiss him. Shiro never did anything unless Keith said he could, but he had some moments where he felt like he was rushing things, even if it was as simple as asking to hold hands. The last thing Shiro ever wanted was for Keith to feel uncomfortable.
Keith loves it when Shiro gets flustered because he looks adorable with a blush.
They’re pretty playful and tease each other often. If Shiro’s holding something Keith wants, he’ll hold it out of reach until he gets a kiss or Keith grabs it himself. Keith will get in Shiro’s personal space, whether it’d be him moving around or sitting right next to him when he’s trying to do something.
On many occasions, Shiro giggles when he’s kissing Keith. He’s just so happy with Keith and is filled with so much love that he can’t hold it in. After a while, Keith starts to do it as well because his boyfriend is just so cute.
Keith seems like the type to be an accidental photographer, so he has a lot of really nice photos of Shiro.
Shiro melts whenever he hears Keith laugh, but if he’s the reason behind it, he gets a little weak in the knees.
Shiro finds it easier to fall asleep when there’s something he can listen to, whether it’d be music or someone talking. When music is playing, Keith also finds it very soothing, so they’ll lay there in silence, all cuddled up, and listen to the soft piano or violin playing softly throughout the room. Some nights, Keith will hum along to the song or come up with his own tune.
One day, Keith kept staring at Shiro with the most love sick expression, and when Shiro asked what he was doing, Keith’s response was that he was stargazing.
They can have an entire conversation just by moving their eyebrows and making hand motions.
They would truly do anything for the other.
