My favorite thing about the Lance×Pidge ship, which has quickly taken over Allurance for me within the seconds it took for Lance to jump to save Pidge(it was already close since s1 tbh), I'm just a shitty procrastinator and have been lazy lmao, is the various ship names I've seen so far and I can just imagine it being a fucking meme within the group.
Names I've seen and opinions:
Plance- A++ lovely garden.
Pidgance- Alright, fair. Each loses a letter.
Rainforest- Yes. I love when ships just become normal words. Less annoying autocorrect.
Pance- Love, I just want someone to joke that it seems like Pidge 'wears the pants in the relationship' and just responding with just confusion and mild discomfort, "How the fuck am I going to wear our relationship? Do I need to wear both him and myself?" And having an existential crisis as the person looks on in horror before booking it and absconding. As soon as they're out of earshot just straightening up and looking at other paladins with a deadpan stare, "And that my friends is how you smash the gender binary and sexism at once."
Cyance- is cute because it is their colors mixed, sort of has Lance's name in it, and sounds like Science for Pidge.
Lidge- always becomes lodge on my phone and it makes me want to lodge it into a blender.
Klance- I will laugh in the face of K/antis everywhere if these two end up together and that was what Klance actually meant. Been my person conspiracy since the beginning too.
Flirtyrobot- is strange but hilarious and quite fitting.
Smartwater- Ahh, the word ship names. Understandable and easy for new Voltron fans to guess the two being shipped.
Seasalt- the saltiest of salts for the ultimate move against salty K/antis when combined with Sheith.
