Just completed my first shift shop workout so what better way to mark the occasion than a selfie! I never know who to tag in these because I am truly terrible at remembering people's usernames! Starting photos (again). Heaviest I have ever ever been. I got up and did day one of shift shop, I have my meals planned for the week, I have no temptation foods in my house and I only have water and squash. I hate how I look in these photos, but I hate how I feel more, and that's why I need to make some changes. Also, it was "only" speed 25 and I almost vomited about 8 times and had to modify a few moves. I'm dead.
I start my new workout program tomorrow and I've got the excited jitters just thinking about it. Because just look at these amazing results from my friend Kacia, who got to try the program in a coach test group before it was released. ๐ What could be more inspiring than that?! Yeah, she looks amazing in both photos. ๐ But this is just 21 days of difference! And there are clear changes in her body. But Kacia said that changes also happened in her mind throughout the program - she felt her confidence growing week by week. Just look at smile in the second pic! ๐ So I'm looking at YOU girls who want to feel more confident about yourselves. I have spent so long hating my body, every single part of it. Hating the feeling of my thighs rubbing together when I wear a bathing suit. Sticking my hands on my hips in pictures so my arms won't look fat pressed against my body. Changing outfits a thousand times because I look terrible in them all. I've been there. Until I found workouts that focused on developing a healthier MINDSET as well as exercising your body. You truly have the ability to change what you are thinking: replace the negative thoughts with positive ones and you will see a world of difference! ๐ And this is so much easier because I have a supportive community that I check in to my workouts about every single day. ๐ If you want to hear more about what these workouts and community are all about, comment below or shoot me a quick message! โบ I would love to have some people join me doing the same workout that Kacia did to keep me motivated!
Also I weighed myself this morning
I'm 2.4kg heavier than my highest ever weight :( so that just confirms my need to start looking after myself again. Tomorrow I'm going to start shift shop - it's only 3 weeks, intensity builds up, and there's a modifier which I will need at this stage tbh. Hoping to see some decent results.

I've completed my "prep" week for my workout routine. Feels good, man. I've also challenged myself to a daily yoga routine. All needs to be done in enough time for me to get ready and leave by 6:30 AM.
Nothing quite like finishing a great workout before you're even fully awake in the morning. ๐๐ปโโ๏ธ
Up next is meditation. I've been dabbling in it, but I'm ready to get serious.
Week 3 day 1 shift shop Wow week 3 is no joke. Speed 45 minutes. I felt I was in training camp with the Miami Dolphins. Wow I am sweating like never before. Those downing burpees kicked my butt. But I did it !!
