I think asking people how it is that they like a certain pairing is like going up to someone who likes a certain piece of instrumental music and asking, "Why do you like this?  It's slow and in a minor key.  I hate the minor key."

It's like, wow, that person likes slow songs that are played in a minor key.  So it makes sense that they like that song.  But the person asking the question doesn't like those things, so it makes sense that they don't.

And in the end, it doesn't matter that one person likes that song and one person doesn't, because it's all subjective, and when it comes down to it, the answer is, "I like this because I like it."

So we both like music.  It's okay we don't like the same kind of music.  Really.
