You'd look good in the 1930s type stuff, with the big hats, the long straight skirts, the slightly fussy necklines with scarf-bits, the short-but-not-too-short hair. You'd fit right in there. (I was going to say 17th century aristocratic France, bc I love that stuff, but it isn't quite You - it's too fussy and overdone, not simple and elegant enough for you. You'd fit in with the women breaking gender-boundaries in action and dress and conveying their political beliefs in pretty stories, though)
