WHEN WILL THE MEDIA STOP PORTRAYING TOXIC/UNHEALTHY AND EVEN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIPS AS ROMANTIC AND SWEET! Tbh, I once believed the same thing. TWILIGHT, FIFTY SHADES OF GREY, AFTER, KISSING BOOTH, 365 DAYS, I HATE TO ADMIT BUT EVEN IN STAR WARS AND FRIENDS AND VICTORIOUS! VIOLENCE OR CONTROLLING OR INTENSE JEALOUSY REALLY AREN’T THAT ROMANTIC IN RL. IF YOU WANT TO MAKE/WATCH A MOVIE WITH THOSE KINDS OF STUFF, FINE GO AHEAD! BUT REMEMBER THAT THAT IS NOT WHAT ONE SHOULD LOOK FOR IN A RELATIONSHIP. THAT THAT IS A TOXIC RELATIONSHIP. Be careful when you watch something, because I have seen so many people in my life believe that that what is portrayed is what girls want, or that is how a boy should act. If someone tried something on me like they did in one the movies mentioned, I’d be filing for a restraining order. Just saying.
