I'm still feeling ok. I had a low fever last night but if I hadn't thought to check it, I wouldn't have known. I'll do a rapid test tomorrow.

Last night/ this morning was rough because Gigabyte has entered her geriatric kitty phase of howling in the morning. She's not a vocal cat so this is concerning. My guess is feline cognitive decline or a thyroid issue. She's due for a checkup. She woke me up at 4 and didn't settle down until 9 am, so I'm very tired

Just another mish-mosh of things here. I saw @cirquedusoleah on IG doing a 3 beat with no beats and figured I'd try that out. @hoopingmad (Emma) taught them a while back and I haven't really incorporated them. I did try to just practice with one hoop but it slipped and got Gigabyte 😕😕 She's unscathed

I always neglect on-body hooping because I love twirling the hoop around too much. I need to start working on my breaks more!!! and knee hooping because I’ve done literally none of that!!!

Trying to learn how to shoulder hoop with my biggest size hoop. It freezes at the end, but it gives the basic idea of where I’m at. (nowhere near close to making it look beautiful). But it’s okay, I’ll get there.
