💙 Here we have Saki Kawamura the Brother - previous leader of the State of Shui. She's a playful skilled sword master who is considered to be the youngest leader in Shui history.

Saki likes protect people and make people smile. I could say that she's the kindest person in Shui, even though her status officially is unknown (missing) and most of Shui people didn't see her, but know her.

Shui Defense Forces suspect that Saki may be alive, so they are looking for her everywhere they can. On her side Saki is afraid of going on people, because she's afraid she cannot defeat the entire government. Saki is among Shui people, but most of them don't seem to recognize her...since she's "invisible".

💙 Her title was given, because she's has traits of stereotypical Shui older brother - funny, protective and caring.
