I have been so sick 😭 usually I try to power through and keep posting, but it's been so unrelentingly awful. I kept thinking "surely tomorrow I'll wake up feeling better" but after another night of nonstop coughing and no sleep I finally went to urgent care this morning aaaand I have a respiratory infection.

hopefully the antibiotics will kick in fast and give me reason to say "o true apothecary! thy drugs are quick. thus with a chirp i thrive."

Boo is coming home on Monday! He is back to having a normal appetite (like the porkatoo he is), and I’m dropping off his baby food tomorrow so the vet techs can try getting him to take his meds that way 🤞🤞🤞. He will still need to be nebulized twice daily but he seems to like that kind of medication . When we visited today he was just wrapping up helping Lisa eat an egg roll. Boo is also back to being extremely amorous. I found a very sick pigeon this morning. It won't move, open its eyes, or unfluff, and hasn't reacted to its surroundings or even to being picked up and placed in the carrier. I saw no injuries in the very quick once-over I gave it. It's risky keeping it in my apartment, because of the risk of disease transmission to my own pigeon Callisto. Unfortunately, the only wildlife rehab place that I know will take it only accepts new animals from 8:30am to 10:30am, so I'm keeping it in a separate room under quarantine. I don't know what's wrong with it. It can't balance (wobbles drastically from side to side if disturbed at all), hasn't stood up at all, was cold to the touch, won't open its eyes, and doesn't react to anything around it. Its breathing seems normal. It hasn't passed any droppings yet, but I'll check those once it does.

i am not exactly sure. how many of these i'm going to make...? (ill probably untag @dhmis-autism if they get sick of it though HELP) yeah uh the brainrot is strong. i have not drawn anything else this week. i love them. i wrote a fanfic, even. (thats what the last image is from)

at this rate i should just change my url to something duckhunt related. sigh /j
