If you follow people to make them scared, continue to follow them when they ask you to stop and like and respond to their posts when they've made it clear you're threatening to them then you're harassing them online

And it's even worse when you admit that you enjoy making them scared (as transcoma has done numerous times). It is absolutely cyberharassment.

when you trivialize things to the point where you call someone following your blog and refusing to unfollow a potential rapist, that's so problematic. how do you not see that? following someone's blog =/= stalking someone. you need to get off tumblr if you feel stalked by people simply following you. that can't be great for your mental health.
