These crispy garlic Parmesan potatoes are a delightful and healthier alternative to traditional potato chips. They are seasoned with garlic, Parmesan cheese, and rosemary, then air-fried to perfection for a crispy and flavorful snack or side dish.
Ingredients: 4 medium-sized potatoes, washed and cut into wedges. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. 1 teaspoon dried rosemary. Salt and black pepper to taste.
Instructions: For 5 minutes, heat your air fryer up to 400F 200C. Cut up the garlic and put it in a large bowl. Add the potato wedges and toss them with the Parmesan cheese, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Make sure the mixture covers all of the potatoes evenly. Make sure there is enough room in the air fryer basket for all of the seasoned potato wedges to fit in one layer. For 15 to 20 minutes, air fry the potatoes at 400F 200C, shaking the basket every so often to make sure they cook evenly. They're done when they're golden brown, crispy on the outside, and soft on the inside. Take the air-fried garlic Parmesan potatoes out of the oven, let them cool for a minute, and then serve them hot. Enjoy your tasty and better-for-you alternative to chips!
