Sigma Phi Beta has a series of videos on their website of different members describing what their values mean to them. This one is particularly interesting because it addresses an issue many people outside of queer culture would have questions about.
Sigma Phi Beta was created in 1987 "by gay men for all men" (Sigma Phi Beta website).
