People with silence programming

Do you ever have intrusive thoughts about saying something completely private, and have it be seen. Like, venting in a journal, then leaving the journal somewhere it can be read just so they can KNOW. I know i could never. I would be in so much trouble inside. Maybe even outside.

I just want them to know.

Is there a type of programming that leads to like the body not being able to physically move and not being able to speak about certain things? Sometimes you’re basically just shut down .

Silence-Shutdown Programs- When enacted, such programs will cause the subject to “stop talking” and to cease revealing information. Though such programs may be triggered through a wide variety of modalities, enactment via self-touch triggers are particularly common. Some shutdown programs will be directed toward specific alters, while others are meant for the system in general.

This is why I can’t take famous “spiritualists” seriously. Because they’re fucking famous and involved with the Illuminati.

The symbolism speaks for itself, going in order from top to bottom:

- All seeing eye. Bonus points for the tag in the comment “beauty rituals.” Obviously a subtle attempt at normalization of rituals.

- Mirror programming/symbolism of an alter, as well as her hand against her mouth to indicate silence programming. Not to mention the all seeing eye thrown in there.

- All seeing eye and a pyramid covering her mouth—more silence programming.

- The Illuminati symbol of an all seeing eye within a pyramid. Just like on US currency.

My advice to everyone is to not buy into anything “spiritual” if it’s mass produced or mainstreamed. It’s just a mass theta programming agenda that the Cabal has been putting together.

how can someone go about starting to deprogram? what sort of techniques should be used? i'm struggling with my therapist to start deprogramming because of silence and don't tell programming- how can I find a way around this so we can work towards deprogramming?

I recommend a therapist who is trauma informed and as well who is willing to learn about programming. Their understanding can assist with navigating programming.

I suggest asking other parts who are supportive to assist as well. They may be able to voice what is happening regarding programming.

Programming is fear based and is held in place by the fear of what will happen if things are talked about. Sometimes starting there can help.

Advice please for silence programming that feels more physical than mental? I know that is not be the reality but the IP enforcing it silences the body whenever it’s active in a way that feels physical rather than mental. We’ve hit a wall because this specific affected alter is willing to heal & is seperate from cult perspective, but still cannot talk externally

Silence programming can be linked to the trauma that occurred. For example if a part were to share they may feel as if they were drowning. 

I suggest continuing to work towards the body feeling safe. Logically we as people can look around and see that we are safe, but our brains need to know we are safe.  

There are other ways to communicate. I encourage exploring some other ways. Don’t push, as this could be completed in steps. With assurance that the part, and body are safe.  With time the goal is to increase the window of tolerance.
