reminder, for all who need it- you are not your programs. you are more than the sum of someone else’s actions towards you. you aren’t a burden towards your system, and you aren’t doomed to be bound to your programs. even if you’re still struggling with active programs, you are still an amazing person, and you are worth the world and everything in it. life is brighter with you in it, and your programs don’t define you!
and on a similar note, you aren’t a bad person for struggling with your programs. none of this stops applying to you if you are still actively being programmed, either.
Had someone on my Pinterest-
Who was
Radqueer
Endo
TransRAMCOA
TransAbled
TransTraumatized
TransAge
A programed system (despite being transProgrammed)
This.. Is fucking awful. I get being traumatized but WANTING to be programmed to the point to claim to be a programmed system?
This is gross..
On top of that they claimed to be Dissociagenic, C-PTSDgenic, and Radqueergenic.
All I can say is: Dissociagenic is just CDDs.. C-PTSDgenic? CDDs are one step above C-PTSD and are co-morbid. Radqueergenic.. Idk what to say on that.
This is a part 2 of an ask I answered earlier! Linked here, the second question answered below the cut. It's not exactly a guide or a how-to but more a better in depth look at what you're attempting to achieve.
Self-programming for beginners:
Firstly, and this is the annoying step, I recommend research. There are SO MANY forms of programming, simple & complex, built off of each other, reliant on certain circumstances, etc. you should be doing proper research over what you want to know and what you want to accomplish. I also recommend looking more into Pavlov and behavioral scientists, they can teach you about reward and punishment responses and better ways to train the brain.
Additionally, I recommend looking into scripts and triggers. Programming scripts are incredibly common, they give a baseline of information, the alters you want to form, their purpose, their triggers, what tells them what to do and how to behave (side bar: if anyone wants me to write some scripts I would 100% be down, I find them incredibly interesting.)
Programming yourself without an outside handler takes dedication and practice. Firstly I would recommend setting goals, associations, punishments and rewards. You should be able to break your behaviors down into base actions based off of what you want and are trying to achieve.
I also recommend splitting internal handlers. Alters who's jobs involve holding yourself accountable. They will punish alters who misbehave, keep track of the expectations of the body and force everyone to do as their told. It's harder to hold yourself accountable and force your system to do what you want without these types of internal handlers.
Try to keep constant track of everything you do and where it fits into your programming. A document or a journal will work best. This will allow you to control informant alters (so that they can better tell your handlers and punishers if someone did something wrong).
I personally recommend doing this when you're experiencing high stress, the structure during stress will make your brain more attached to the programming. Some people are not as stress and trauma oriented so you don't have to, but it's a really good way to make sure your brain will do what you want.
Remember that programming is a violent/traumatic thing, you cannot become programmed without the stress of it, it will never be peaceful and easy but if it's your desired outcome you must be prepared.
CW: programming
As a HC-DID system I HATE that endos think willo-ing is "just like programming" and that they can "program" themselves or be "transprogrammed". It's genuinely disgusting.

GREEK ALPHABET PROGRAM FLAGS {PT. 3}
CIS + TRANS + GENERAL (in that order)
The "general" flags are for anyone who identifies with the term! The faded overlay versions are intended to be the cis- flags, and the holographic overlay versions are intended to be the trans- flags ☺︎
The names are listed above each set, followed by a very short description (nothing graphic, just 1-3 words!)

sigma programmed v.1 (wildlife survival)
Hi, I’m autistic and can be considered as a “traumagenic” I believe? I do not currently have any other diagnoses since I’m very shy about talking to psychologists about anything other than “ohh I’m a bit awkward.” Now, it’s not your job to be my psychologist, but I do express some symptoms of having a very weak inner identity. (I often don’t remember things that I apparently done, and people describe me as either very rude or very sweet, there’s a lot more going on but I wouldn’t want to talk about it for longer.)
Anyways, my question.. Why are endos inherently bad? I believe I’ve been too harsh on anti-endos and I just want to understand them instead of saying “fuck off” like other people have been doing.
I do not want to seem like a threat, I just don’t understand why people still fight over this.
I do get hating some sides of the endo community, though. (The odd labelling for people who “choose” to be systems is an example of what I mean.)
1– hate group origins
2– overall bad community behavior. on a main blog, one of my stars got misgendered by endos because he was anti endo. we also get harassed by endos daily so.
3– ableism. they're taking the "fun" parts of a disorder and mimicking it. considering endogenic used to mean endogenic DID. willos openly mock RAMCOA/OEA/programming victims, calling them hypocritical for being anti-willo because "willos and programming is basically the same!" (it's absolutely not and a vile thing to say)
4– harassment. this falls under the 2nd one but needs to be mentioned because endos looooove harassing anti endos instead of blocking.
5– transphobia (and ableism again). endos use "traumoid" "traumascum" "sysmed" "sys****" (r-slur) against anti endos, simply because they are anti endo. they also compare being anti-endo/endo to being trans???
6–endos also invade spaces for anti-endos. a lot. tags as well.
7– they compare themselves to an oppressed minority which. they aren't.
that's all i can remember ok bye
System culture is being VERY sad that the only culture blog you feel comfortable to talk about your programming trauma in is apparently pro-endo and I’ve seen asks about endos who have been programmed… like- how??? I thought endos formed for a reason other than trauma? How can you be both formed by a reason other than trauma, and also have The Trauma Where People Purposefully Try To Form Certain Alters/A Whole System? (Not trying to bring discourse to your blog I’m so sorry I am just confused af)
