Bond wasn’t at all certain what had gotten into her. As far as he could remember she’d always been able to look after herself and was fiercely independent about it. To see her like this was a rarity and one that made him wonder what got her into this position in the first place.

An arm wrapped around her the minute she stepped into his flat. “It’s…” He lifted his watch and blinked away the sleep from his eyes. “—It’s three am. Did something happen?”

It was stupid. She was a perfectly rational person and this was just stupid. She’d had a dream - the dream, the one she’d been having every now and then since Istanbul. This time around it had been particularly vivid, particularly worrying. In a moment of blind selfishness and stupidity she’d gone to his flat, deciding that seeing him alive was the only way she would be able to fall back asleep.

Seeing the sleep in his eyes made her realise quite how selfish she was being. He needed sleep too and she’d woken him up. “I’m sorry,” she mumbled into his shoulder, suddenly feeling extremely embarrassed by the entire situation. Here she was, standing in his doorway in pyjamas at an ungodly hour of the night because she’d had a nightmare. “I just... I had a dream about Istanbul and I needed to see you were okay.” She couldn’t bring herself to look at him, instead concentrating on her still uneven breathing.

@silhovetted is quite honestly, the funniest person Ive met in rp! Plus, a total doll and the best Bond ever. I S2G I think the mun actually is 007 at times. My always follow forever!

Q had to suppress a snicker when he saw Bonds disgusted face. A stain of spit started to form on the agents shirt and the little baby looked innocent as ever. 

     “Well –– She seems to share my opinion on the fact that it might be your good shirt, but that it isn’t your best shirt, Bond.” Q replied, glad that he hadn’t been holding the little girl on that particular moment. “Do you reckon we should … I don’t know – Feed her or something?” While Q wasn’t known around the department for keeping up with normal meal hours, he never forgot to feed his cats on time. And he guessed that taking care of a human wouldn’t be much different.

so i have the worst soft spot for bond movies okay even if most of the time i understand basically shit all about what’s going on. (i only started at quantum of solace tbh) and pair that with my super crush on daniel craig i’m just over here like LET’S FOLLOW ALL THE BONDS but like lemme tell you a thing. coming from a place where i used to exclusively write as jim moriarty, i am very picky about how people portray certain characters, and as it turns out, bond is one of them. (probably stemming from my days as moriarty, tbh. certain characters are just hard to pin down, y’know? idk. not the point.)

 you, my dear, are one of my favorites. i think you have captured the character flawlessly. your writing is fantastic, and i have followed you on several blogs before simply because i enjoy seeing you on my dash. we’ve never really interacted, but that’s never stopped me from admiring your writing. we haven’t really talked much ooc but you seem pretty chill and you haven’t unfollowed me based on my salt rants so i mean kudos to that! even if we never find time to write a lot together, i’m perfectly content to read your stuff from afar; it’s inspiring. keep doing you, friend, you’re doing great!!

She’d been doing this long enough that she didn’t even need to look up from her laptop to know that it was Bond standing in front of her. Not giving any indication that she had noticed his presence, Eve finished typing up an email, sent it and shut her laptop before finally acknowledging him by smiling. It would do the world some good to bring Bond’s ego down a few notches.

“Something tells me that you’re not here to give M an explanation as to why the Russians has been giving us hell since you got back from Moscow?”
