I love keeping Agetes short and kinda baby faced because it makes the contrast when he’s intimidating really fun. Like Floyd for example? That’s a tall ass bitch, he’s LOOMING over you, that’s scary! This guy is like 5’3. That’s not scary. Except he is lmao. This also goes for Adesius too, ofc, but mainly Agetes. He’s my little cryptid <3
Anyways, Agetes is also so verrry Normal™️ about Idia. Not just in the “feeling abandoned but craving intimacy so he makes himself a twin brother” way, but also in this little game that he and Riddle are playing, Idia is one of HIS toys, so Riddle’s deck needs to stay away, you feel me? Ofc, this would also hold true if he ever found someone say bullying Idia. He’s a little possessive. It’s fine
On the topic of Agetes and Riddle, the thought bubbles basically sum up their relationship/how they view each other. Agetes has spent half his life being involved with blot. He experiments and plays with it and lives off it. He’s the expert here. Riddle is just a cute new incomer who believes he’s got the world in the palm of his hand. But Agetes knows better. Agetes knows more than he ever could, especially without his help. It’s why he calls Riddle “Queenie” he recognizes Riddle as a new leader on the board, but he’s still so new and inexperienced that it’s almost laughable, so he makes it almost teasing. He’s having fun with the new toy
Meanwhile, Riddle hates it. He can tell that this guy is looking down on him and he hates that. He already hates being looked down upon, and then this newcomer (In Riddle’s eyes), who’s a year younger than him at that, comes along and starts acting like he’s better than him. Riddle can’t stand it. However, he is a good ally, and it’s not like he’s actively malicious, he’s just having fun. In a bit of a sadistic way, sure, but he sees it all as one big game, really. And as much as he hates it, Agetes’s expertise is good to have around. So, they sit, chat, have tea and snacks, and silently think these thoughts about each other
Also, I feel like clarifying, Agetes doesn’t really have mood swings, more he’s just good at resetting himself back to a cheerful state. He’s still kinda pissed, he’s just good at keeping it under the cover
