Carlotta asked Brittney to move in not long after the funeral and they made it official.

Julia: First to hit the press box are some of the Duchess of Umbrage’s relatives including her cousin, Maia Adler and her two children, May and Kali.

Julia: Maia is wearing the infamous strawberry dress. Her young daughter, Kali, dazzles in a pink dress with sequins while her oldest daughter, May, opted for an orange jumpsuit with bright yellow accents!

Julia: It’s no surprise that Maia and her family would be in attendance as she and Grand Duchess Bria are quite close and often refer to each other as sisters. Maia and both her girls were featured in KBE promotions which supported the sell out of the line. We anticipate that Maia and/or her daughters will grace us on the runway as well tonight.

Julia: Next we have Brittney Simself, TRH Grand Duke and Duchess of Umbrage’s PR Manager. Tonight, she’s wearing a sequin leopard print dress, sparkly black thigh high boots, and bold red lips. Ms. Simself will be the show’s MC tonight.

Julia Martinez: Next on the red carpet is the Simsten family. You probably know Debra Simsten for her fruitful ballet career. She’s performed multiple times in SimDonia and even met HRH Duchess Ella of Umbrage. Debra recently opened a ballet studio in Brindleton Bay with wife, Joanna, which her daughter, Victoria, is enrolled, as well. Rumors state that the Duchess of Umbrage will be joining the ballet school in the upcoming season. 

Julia: Rounding out the Simerica guests is the Young Entrepreneurs Reward recipient, Noemi Pierson and her plus one and famous sister, Melany Pierson, daughter of the late Brytani Cho. Noemi has big dreams to be the CEO of her own business! As the reward winner, she will get a tour of KBE along with a meeting with the Grand Duchess of Umbrage herself!

Julia: The lovely ladies are twinning in black and silver sequined mini dresses by @balmainforsims along with daring updos that we’re currently obsessed with! Congrats on winning Noemi!

HRH Grand Duchess of Bria’s Staff Join the #WearKBE Campaign

Looks like another successful launch for HRH Grand Duchess Bria of Umbrage and her lastest KBE Collection. Sims all over the world are sharing their sims in their KBE gear and with their KBE PR boxes.

Members of the Duchess’s staff share photos including Jade Anderson who is the Director of Operations of KBE Simerica. She shares a photo on the KBE Simstagram inside the KBE Newcrest store with the pink polo.

Celebrity publicist and friend to the Grand Duchess, Brittney Simself, shares her KBE Box and her favorite sweater for the collection. We love the white beret she added to the look!

Famous Ballerina and coach to HRH Duchess Ella of Umbrage, Debra Simsten, shares her pink box on Simstagram! The photo includes her wife, Joanna, and her embracing in front of the big pink box. Debra donned the KBE sweater while Joanna opted for the “Bria is My Queen” long sleeve.

With the fire, the tape, his missing secratary, and the Presentation voting on hold, Emmitt decided he couldn’t be away from his family right now. Above all else he cared about their safety and well-being. So, he made the trip back to Brindleton Bay, but immediately after greeting his family, he had to meet with his Cavalwood Manor Head of Security, Alex, and PR manager, Brittney, to assess the damage done.

Alex: Sir, we are working tirelessly to see who obtained that video and how. But whoever they were knew what they were doing. They made themselved virtually untraceable. On the Patricia front, I’ve heard nothing on her whereabouts, but I’ve increased security to all the children and your wife at your request, sir.

Emmitt: Thank you, Alex.

Brittney: I know it’s frustrating to not know who leaked the tape, but from a PR standpoint, we didn’t take a huge hit. People are already starting to move on thankfully. They are much more interested in what the King is up to and we’ve pumped up promotion on Duchess Bria’s fashion show including leaking the celebrity guest list rumors. I expect it all to blow over soon.

Emmitt: That’s good news to hear. Thank you, Brittney.

As Alex and Brittney left, Bria couldn’ t help but feel guilt. Here she was, yet again, adding fuel to the fire and making her husband’s life harder. She was hoping the news she had for him today would cheer him up.

Emmitt: I know that look, my love. This is not your fault and we’ll get through this minor bump in the road. 

Bria: I know, you’re right. Removing that thought from my head. You look like you have something else on your mind.

Emmitt: Actually, I do. I’m not sure if Patricia, if that’s even her real name, was a friend or foe because she helped me a lot. I’ve actually been thinking about some ideas she had about the Pendite situation that could actually be really good solutions.

Bria: Really? You should talk to King Spencer. I’m sure he’s needing some good ideas right now. You know, if you believe in them. It could help if Spencer credits the ideas to you.

Emmitt: I’ve really missed you. My best advisor.

Bria laughs: I don’t know about advisor, but I’ll take sounding board.

Emmitt: And a beautiful one at that.

Bria: So... I actually have some news, as well. Some really good news that I think you’ll be very happy to hear. 

Emmitt: Do tell.

Bria: Guess who made a little SimDonian on their last visit?

Emmitt delightedly surprised: You’re pregnant?

Bria smiles: We’re pregnant, babe.

Emmitt: This is the best news! I love you so much.

Emmitt was still coming to terms with his parent’s sudden death. He inherited Creeksbery Palace along with funds for renovations and upgrade. But, Emmitt found it hard to make any changes. He kept his father’s office and many other rooms in the house perfectly intact.

But, he didn’t have much time to focus on renovations with the presentation process coming up quick. He met with his PR manager, Brittney, to talk about their progress.

Brittney: You’ve done amazing so far, Emmitt. You’re numbers are neck and neck with Diana. People cannot stop talking about you!

Emmitt: That’s great and all the congrats go to you and your team, Brittney. I appreciate your help.

Brittney: Of course, Emmitt. But, it’s all you! I’ve got to run to another meeting, but my assistant sent you our recommendations for your interview. Things to focus on, things to avoid, and even some scripts to review. Let me know what you think! Talk soon!

Soon after Emmitt’s call ends, there’s a knock at the office door.

Conner: Sir, your new private secretary has arrived. Would you like me to send her in?

Emmitt: So, soon? I thought she wasn’t scheduled to come in until tomorrow? Well, if she’s here, send her in. It’s probably a good idea to get started sooner rather than letter anyway.

Conner: Of course, sir.

???: Hello, sir. Thank you for hiring me. My name is Patricia.

Emmitt: Hello, Patricia. Thanks for being here. To get started, please keep my schedule clear for the next few weeks. Also, let’s get a jumpstart on studying. Please prepare for a session, this afternoon. Sound good?

Callie/Patricia: Consider it handled, sir.

Emmitt knew that his cousin, Princess Diana, would have the best resources available to her. So, he had to step up his own game. He found out that Princess Diana was working with Romero Jenkins, Senior Director of PR at Maria Marketing, one of the best PR firms with offices all over the Siminent.

So, he paid top dollar to snag the CEO of Maria Marketing, Brittney Simself herself! He visited her Simerica office to talk details.

Brittney: Duke Emmitt! Thank you for coming in. My team has been working around the clock and I’m so excited to talk to you about what we’ve done so far.

Emmitt: I’m excited to hear about it. Your team is the best and I need the best if I’m going to stand a chance.

Brittney: You’ve got a much better chance than you think. Please have a seat.

Emmitt: Really? Well, that’s encouraging to hear.

Brittney: Absolutely! From initial polling, you are not far behind Diana in approval ratings. Many SimDonians do not tie you to the actions of your grandfather and resonate more with who you are today - a soldier, a husband, a father. We believe you have a key advantage that is going to be our biggest initiative for you.

Emmitt: Excellent! And that is?

Brittney: The one thing that you have over Princess Diana that makes a huge difference - your family. The World and Parliament are going to love the fact that you’ve settled down and have an adorable family. So, our plan is to make your family a huge part of every magazine feature, Royal engagement, and social post. 

We already have a feature lined up that will highlight you as a family man and even one for Bria, as well. On top of that, you will be attending events with Bria and some with Ella in Simnovia, Pierreland, and Carrington. We know you’re not too big on social media, but your wife has quite the following that we’d like to leverage.

Emmitt: Well, it sounds like you definitely have a great handle on this. Just tell us where to go and when and we’ll be there!

Brittney: That’s what I like to hear, Emmitt! Your team should have a full schedule this afternoon.

Emmitt left feeling confident as ever. For him, it wasn’t about the power or even the honor of being King that made him feel this way. It was knowing that he could possibly make his father’s last wish come true.
