Alfie: I just want to check up on you. You didn’t come to class yesterday and today. Did something happen?

Lucia: I was busy.

Alfie: Busy with what?

Lucia: *sighs* Come in. Let’s talk inside.

Alfie: What’s up with the boxes? Why are you packing your stuff?

Lucia: I’m going back to Cordelia.

Alfie: What? Why?

Lucia: Because I want to. And because mummy wants me back home.

Alfie:...it’s because of Marie, isn’t it?

Lucia:...

Alfie: Luce, I’m sorry. I should’ve listened to you back then.

Lucia: Yeah, you should. But you didn’t, so, it’s too late to regret that now.

Alfie: Lucia, I’m so sorry...

Lucia: If there’s anyone you need to apologize to right now, it’s Marie. Not me.

Alfie:...

Lucia: She won’t answer my calls. Her apartment is empty. I don’t know where she went. She’s gone, Alfie.

Alfie: I know. She didn’t pick up the phone too when I called.

Lucia: Gee, I wonder why.

Alfie: *laughs dryly* Yeah, since we’re family and all.

Lucia: Gosh, I still can’t believe we’re related. How?

Alfie: I don’t know, man. Maybe you can summon our great-great-great grandpa and ask him.

Lucia: I probably should. You clearly inherited that side of the family.

Alfie: *wince* Ouch.

Lucia: *sighs* I’m gonna continue packing. Keep in touch, Alfie.
