Rose dry chuckles: Thanks, mom.
Bria: Okay, are we making something blow up?
Rose: Not yet. You can finish the volcano structure.
Bria: Sure. So, how are you? Everything okay? You seem a little quiet.
Rose sighs: I don't really want to talk about it.
Bria: Okay. Well, I won't press you, but you know I'm here whenever you need to talk.
Rose: I know, Mom.
Bria stares: ...
Rose pretends to ignore: ...

Rose: Mom!
Bria: What? I didn't say anything!
Rose: Okay, I'll talk.
Bria smiles
Rose: I was just talking about something... I heard some messed up stuff about Jacobanism recently that is making me... question it.
Bria: Okay, what did you hear?
Rose: That the church does not support... gay people. I mean, why would The Watcher create people they didn't support? Why would she see them as an abomination?
Bria: An abomination? Who told you this?
Rose: The lady at the Jacoban booth at the Simdependence Conference I went to with dad a while back.
Bria: Why would she say that?
Rose nervous: I asked her about how the church feels about women who... like women because I was... curious.
Bria: Oh! Okay. Well, I know that I'm newer to the religion and I'm no expert, but I am pretty certain that this is false information.
Rose: Really?
Bria: Yes! There are plenty of gay Jacobans. Even at our church. Mark and Greg?
Rose: Oh, yeah.
Bria: The Watcher is very accepting of all types of Sims, Rose. I wouldn't practice a religion that didn't. And I don't appreciate someone filling your head with ideas like that. I'll definitely be speaking to someone about it.
Rose: Now that I think about it, they were with some alternative form of Jacoban church. With a different interpretation of The Book of Jacob.
Bria: I see. Don't worry. I'll look into this.
Rose: Thanks, Mom. I feel kind of silly for even listening to her.
Bria: Don't. You are a sweet, welcoming person and you want others to share those values. Unfortunately, not everyone does. But, luckily, those people all suck.
Rose laughs
Bria: You don't have to tell me, if you don't want... but is there a specific reason why you wanted to know more about how the church views gay people?
Rose sighs: I-I'm not sure. I've been feeling a little... confused lately. I think I need some time to sort out my thoughts.
Bria: Of course. And know that your dad, siblings, and I will support you no matter what. We're always here for you and in your corner. Even just to talk and sort those thoughts out.
Rose: Thanks, Mom. I really appreciate that.
Bria: I'll even be here pretending like I know how to make a volcano explode.
Rose chuckles: Well, it's turning out pretty good. Thanks, Mom. Unfortunately, I have to save the explosion for class tomorrow.
Bria: Dang, well sneak a video for me.
Rose: I will, Mom.

TRH Grand Duke and Duchess of Umbrage Host International Superstar Bailey Kay Concert for SimDepdendence Week
An exciting SimDependence Day tradition is the annual concert where stars all over the Simverse have graced the stage to celebrate the formation of SimDonia. This year, the concert is held in Umbrage and the Lady and Dukedom of Umbrage have secured a huge name this year - the one and only Bailey Kay!
That's right! After a recent and controversial hiatus announcement, Bailey Kay graces the SimDonia stage to perform a medley of hits across her several albums including Bigger, Cozy and Love on Top. At this time, she has not announced any information about a comeback but expressed that Grand Duchess Bria made this special performance happen! Queen behavior!
The "Cozy" singer stunned in a royal inspired blue and gold mini dress with matching boots. We're sure the gold is a nod to SimDonia! She wore long back hair with silver jewelry to match. Butterflies everywhere sang along and watched in awe as BK lit up the stage and sang her heart out!
Spotted in the Royal Box at the Umbrage Arena was both the Grand Duke and Duchess along with their daughters, Duchess Ella and Rose. Bria's niece and new CEO of KBE SimDonia, Kali Adler was also in attendance. Lastly, the joint host, Lady Tara of Umbrage, along with her daughter, Tia, danced and sung the night away to BK tunes, as well.
We even got a glimpse inside the royal box thanks to Kali who posted an image with her aunt and cousins attending the show. Duchess Rose kept her outfit simple with a pink dress. Grand Duchess Bria wore BK merch with a furry vest and jeans. Kali stood out in a butterfly top and sparkly pink mini skirt. Duchess Ella wore a pink butterfly jacket and jeans. We love the BK inspired fits!
They weren't the only notable guests! In fact, it was a family and friend affair for the Umbrage Dukedom. Here's who else we spotted enjoying the Bailey Kay concert:
Duchess Elena, April Lockwood & Friend
We were delighted to see Duchess Elena out with her daughter, Miss April, and a good friend from school looking at BK merch. Elena wore a black Bailey Kay shirt with a long plaid overshirt, jeans and black boots. April wore a SimDonia Red shirt with jeans and a jean jacket with butterfly accessories.
Countess Olivia & Jennifer Wu-Ravikumar
Both of the Grand Duchess' daughter-in-laws were in attendance in a smaller suite closer to the stage. Countess Olivia, who is married to eldest son, Grayson, wore a black and blue butterfly sweater and invited best friend, Marissa. Jennifer, married to Gianni, wore a sexy red dress which was also covered in butterflies! Both Marissa and Jennifer posted on Simstagram.
Countess Chantel Banks & Victoria Austen
Duchess Ella's two best friends snagged seats in the front row to witness the greatness up close! Victoria wore an all denim fit with a butterfly top while Chantel snuck in some SimDonia pride with a red skirt along with a black, white and red top with an embroidered butterfly. Victoria commemorated the moment by hitting the butterfly pose on Simstagram!
Countess Arabella and Alexandra Mesa
Queen Diana's close friends, Grand Countess Arabella and Alexandra Mesa, were seen grabbing food before the big concert at the arena food hall. The two friends were joined by Arabella's two children who wore matching yellow and pink dresses with little butterflies at the top. Arabella wore a yellow mini dress with orange butterflies while Alexandra wore a black BK crop top with a long pink skirt with a slit. Arabella also posted to her Simstagram stories.

Rose embarrassed: Dad! Stop! Don't call me Rosie! I'm here as a young professional and future leader. Not as your little Rosie.
Emmitt chuckles: Okay, okay. Fine. But you'll always be my little Rosie. And you look very professional. Very serious.
Rose: Thanks, Dad. Sorry. I'm just nervous.
Emmitt: Why are you nervous?
Rose: I don't know... The Queen is here! Plus, I just want to find my place in the family. As the spare, I have so many and so few options. Maybe I can find something worthwhile here.
Emmitt: Rose, you are not a 'spare.' Don't call yourself that. And you don't need to put so much pressure on yourself. You're only a teenager, you have plenty of time to find your calling. You know me and your mom will help you.
Rose sighs: I know. Thanks, Dad. I guess I am getting into my head about this.
Emmitt: That's the Rosie Way. Oops, I mean the Serious, Professional Rose Way!
Rose: Funny, Dad! I'll catch you later.

Rose nervous: Your Majesty! Hello. I'm so sorry to have almost bumped into you. I wasn't paying attention to where I was walking.
Diana: Oh, don't worry about it. There's a lot going on here! So glad you could make it to this.
Rose: Of course! As a future leader, I want to get involved.
Diana: Love seeing young people like you getting involved. Nice suit, by the way. You look great!
Rose flustered: Thank you so much, Your Majesty.
Diana: You're very polite, Rose. Please call me, Diana.
Rose: O-okay. Your... I mean, Diana!
Diana: Anything catch your eye as something you want to get involved in?
Rose: Well, not yet. But I just got here, so I'm sure it will. I just want to do good for my country like you have!

Rose embarrassed: Oh... I've always been a big admirer of yours!
Diana: Sorry, I didn't mean anything by that. Me and your mother, we've just... had our differences recently.
Rose: No worries! She doesn't tell me much.

Rose: Yes, absolutely! I can't wait! I'll be front row if I can.
