what does an isfp/infp with a developed Te look like?
Alright, so it’s the inferior function, so even though this is going to be a developed and healthy function, it’s still not going to be strong.
The best way I can put it is this: An IxFP with well-developed Te will probably be one of those people that labels things so they don’t really have to think about efficiency because it tires them out. They’re aware enough of their strengths and weaknesses that they make their surroundings able to do the work for them. They probably own an electronic label printer.
Has any of you watched inside out? if any of you have, could you type the emotions?
YES I saw this a few weeks ago and almost cried because I used the closed captioning accessibility devices and I actually understood what the people in the film were saying for the whole thing for the first time ever. It was nice.
But anyway… It’s probably going to be fairly stereotypical because they are literally base emotions. I apologize in advance.

if any of you guys read the unfortunate events series, could you type lemony snicket from that?
None of us are completely certain, but the consensus is INFP.
Have you watched grand budapest hotel? could you type the characters if you can?
... You guys are right on top of me. I watched Grand Budapest Hotel for the first time on Tuesday. Antoine knows it better than I do, though, so I am noting that if they want to correct any of my typings, they can feel free.

I wasn't completely certain on several of these, so if anyone has alternate ideas, let me know.
im the isfj/intp anon, thank you very much for helping me, he's getting out of that stressful position and im thinking hes an infp? also, is fi where you are focusing your feelings and values on yourself and maybe other people who are very close to you like a personal/private focus rather than a big picture kinda focus? idk if that makes sense. thank you very much for helping me tho.
Generally the big picture focus is thought of in terms of sensing and intuitive functions, not feeling or thinking functions.
Fi does have a lot to do with values, personal feelings, and a moral system, yes.
intp/isfj anon thank you! i read up about the functions and im still a little confused. my friend is in a stressful position rn and i met him while hes in this position so its still hard for me to tell bc i think his functions change or fluctuate if that happens? he’s always thinking of new scenarios of how things can get worse/better (he doesnt really act to make these scenarios come true however unless he absolutely has to) he also wishes things would go back to the way it was before he is in this position but he also looks to the future in hopes it will be better but i think he bases that future on what made him happy in the past even if he knows it wont be like that exactly. in general he wants to understand the feelings of others but it only really happens with people hes very close with so sometimes he can come off a little bit distant? he’s generally pretty reserved also if that helps and doesnt actively seek out others. sorry this is long but im very curious, thank you for helping!
From your description, I think I’d more consider INFP and ISTJ -- leaning towards ISTJ.
But, considering that he’s in a stressful situation, right now may not be the best time to type him -- It might be better off put off to when he’s a halthier manifestation of whatever his type may be.
Am an INFP with diagnosed clinical depression, who is taking antidepressants and been seeing a therapist for quite some time. Any tips for INFPs or examples of real-life INFPs who actually are healthy role models for living life for such a "stereotypically emo" type? Sorry if this type of question bothers you, and thanks for reading.
Well, John Kerry is doing pretty well for himself.
But I’d be able to offer more tips for depression than for INFPs -- Since the stereotype of INFPs being “emo” comes from dominant Fi, which can cause the internalization of emotions and lack of ability to express them in a healthy manner when the type isn’t very healthy, I suppose your best bet would be to do something that gets your emotions out in a healthy manner.
Journalling, discussing your emotions with a trusted companion (besides a therapist -- though they should know how you’re feeling as well), and even creative pursuits like music and art may help you get out those emotions. Or exercise, if you’re so inclined.
If you want more tips on depression itself, sending a message to my personal @autistictesla might get you farther.
