Simone is one of my favorite survivors, what are you going to draw her as?

Simone! I have drawn her placeholder in my sweet religion animatic, but she’s a zebra! I have a few reasons for this;

Reason 1; her game. Pounds of flesh was set up to be unfair towards Simone, pitting her against a man who quite literally has more flesh than her to give. Despite this, she cuts her arm off and wins.

Herbivores in general tend to be less equipped to survive John’s games as they lack the teeth and claws that are designed to rip and tear flesh. In pounds of flesh however, Simone has a secret advantage. Her hooves. Made of keratin, they’d cause her arm to weigh much more than a non hooved animal, giving her own advantage that she just has to use her brain to take advantage of

Reason 2; her personality. Simone is known as one of the most defiant survivors against jigsaw’s method, and would be the hardest to indoctrinate into the cult. She is also very outspoken about this towards Hoffman and the survivors group.

Now onto the animal.

Zebras are known to be very aggressive, stubborn equines; this is the reason they haven’t been domesticated. They are too unpredictable to tame.
