I stan Simpleman as dumb fun.

What can I say? Roland making everybody dumb as rocks is the kind of ludicriousness this show thrives on.

That said, it would've been extra crazy if Ladybug decided it was too complicated with just her and Chat's powers before giving the kids some Miraculous. Specifically the Dog, Rooster, Goat and Ox as a sort of psuedo-preview of the Penalteam Four.

Teens with Miraculous can get hectic but little kids with more power than they know what to do with would really be a hoot.
