Different anon but re: Simpleman hate.

The hate had less to do with the episode itself and more towards Astruc's behavior around it and what he revealed about it.

Long story short, Astruc a tantrum because no one really cared about the episode and claimed that we are all to stupid for not realizing how meta it was. He then proceeded to mock anyone that wanted clarification. Eventually, someone figure it out that the reason it was meta was because it was let another “critics can suck it” episode

Oh I knew about that. That's just Thomas being fuckass again, and it was subtle enough to ignore, unlike Animaestro or Queen Banana.
