Recently I have learned that Creampuffs are surprisingly easy to make. Like super simple.

And in doing so I have made a mistake. My father and brother now know that they are easy to make and keep asking for them.

Like water, butter, flour and pinch of salt levels of simple. The filling can be just about anything, we used whip cream mixed with pudding to make it thicker. The hardest bit is the piping.
