These grilled hamburgers are a classic favorite, perfect for a backyard barbecue. They're juicy, flavorful, and easy to make. Customize them with your favorite toppings!
Ingredients: 1.5 lbs ground beef. 1/4 cup breadcrumbs. 1/4 cup diced onion. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp black pepper. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheese optional. Lettuce, tomato, and other toppings of your choice.
Instructions: Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Put ground beef, breadcrumbs, diced onion, diced pickles, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper in a bowl. Mix everything together well. Split the mixture in half and shape each half into a burger patty. For medium-rare burgers, cook the patties for about 4 to 5 minutes on each side on a grill that has already been heated up. Change the cooking time to get the level of doneness you like. Put a slice of cheese on top of each patty in the last minute of grilling so that it can melt. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill until they are just barely crispy while the burgers are cooking. Take the burgers off the grill and give them a minute to cool down. Put the patties on the bottom half of the toasted buns to make your hamburgers. You can top it with lettuce, tomato, and anything else you like. Put the other half of the bun on top and serve hot.
