This guacamole recipe is tasty and simple to make. You can use it as a dip or a topping. This guacamole is fabulous at any party because it has creamy avocados, fresh tomatoes, and tangy lime juice.
Ingredients: 3 ripe avocados. 1 small onion, finely chopped. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1-2 jalapeo peppers, seeded and minced. 2 ripe tomatoes, diced. 1 lime, juiced. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped.
Instructions: Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a mixing bowl. Mash the avocados with a fork or potato masher until you achieve your desired consistency chunky or smooth. Stir in the chopped onion, minced garlic, and minced jalapeo peppers. Add the diced tomatoes and lime juice, and mix well. Season the guacamole with salt, ground cumin, and black pepper. Adjust seasoning to taste. Finally, fold in the chopped cilantro. Serve immediately with tortilla chips or as a topping for tacos, nachos, or your favorite dishes.
