Before working with a personal trainer, I had No Idea what the heck I was doing in the weight room. I bravely scheduled my first session with Matt Grayson @theno.excuse.trainer about 2.5 years ago. Everything changed after that. My body started to transform in a way I had never experienced when I started strength training. I noticed an increase in metabolism and overall better mood. I started working with Zacharia Zenios @zzenergy_fit a little over a year ago, which just set it all into full motion and alignment. Through both of my amazing trainers🙏🏼🙏🏼, I’ve been able to find the exercises MY body needs to achieve the strength and agility I am seeking. Ironically, but to no surprise to me, the bulk of the work was within. Digging deeeep in those hard training sessions forces your mind to strengthen along with your body. I don’t feel lost in the weight room now! In fact, I am teetering on becoming a personal trainer myself! 💪🏼 I am inspired. I got here. Where I am. I’ve handled most of the heavy “lifting” on this quest. But couldn’t have done it alone.
