Savor the indulgence of these simple Molten Nutella Lava Cakes. A delightful treat for any chocolate enthusiast, they are rich, chocolaty, and have a warm, oozy Nutella center inside!
Ingredients: 1/2 cup Nutella. 1/4 cup all-purpose flour. 1 large egg. 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350F 175C and grease four ramekins or muffin cups with butter or cooking spray. In a microwave-safe bowl, warm the Nutella for about 20 seconds until it's slightly softened. In another bowl, whisk together the egg and sift in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder. Mix until well combined. Add the warmed Nutella to the egg mixture and stir until you have a smooth batter. Pour the batter evenly into the prepared ramekins or muffin cups. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are set but the centers are still slightly jiggly. Remove the cakes from the oven and let them cool for a minute. Then, run a knife around the edges to loosen them and invert onto serving plates. Serve immediately while the centers are still gooey and warm. Dust with powdered sugar or top with a scoop of ice cream if desired. Enjoy your delicious Molten Nutella Lava Cakes!
