Ingredients: 1 lb ground pork. 4 slices of thick-cut bacon. 4 burger buns. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce. 1 teaspoon smoked paprika. 1/2 teaspoon salt. 1/2 teaspoon black pepper. Lettuce leaves, for garnish. Sliced red onion, for garnish. Pickles, for garnish.
Instructions: Set your grill or griddle on the stove to medium-high heat. Mix the ground pork and add smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to each patty to make it taste better. Once the bacon is crispy, put the slices on paper towels to drain. The pork patties should be grilled for five to seven minutes on each side, or until they reach 160F 71C inside. In the last few minutes of cooking, cover and put a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each patty. This will melt the cheese. If you want to toast the burger buns while the patties are cooking, split them in half and put them on the grill. In a small bowl, mix barbecue sauce and mayonnaise to make your own unique sauce. Put the burgers together: Spread sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Top with a bacon-wrapped pork patty, two bacon slices, lettuce, red onion, and pickles. Put the other half of the bun on top.
