Red
red: seven three insecurities
The way I look.
My scars.
My identity.
When people look at me..I..
I'm scared. Scared they see me as an incomplete copy. Scared of what they expect of me, and what they don't expect of me.

"Well that's quite a crowd. RC-1262 at your service, but I answer to Scorch as well. I don't suppose you're all here for my good looks are you?"
Ba'vodu Boss || Boss/Boba/Sintas
It was days ago that Boba confronted Boss about his snooping into his life. Though it was initially hostile, Boss stood his ground, not wanting to apologize completely for what he did. If anything, this invasion of privacy would ironically help them get closer. It wasn't just learning about Boba's wife, or rather, ex-wife, it was learning about his daughter, something his findings hadn't turned up before. He didn't expect something like this to come out upon their reunion but surely it would have been beneficial to at least mention it.
That was in the past. Now, Boss wanted to meet with Boba and Sintas and finally meet his niece, Ailyn. That word scared him more than he cared to admit. Niece. Meaning that he was an uncle. How could a soldier like himself be fit for having an extended family? Sure, he cared deeply for his brothers but they all had common grounds to share with. Ailyn was a completely different area of family.
As he approached their homestead, he shoved that thought to the side. There was no use worrying about things like that when he needed to focus on the present. Carrying a small, plain gift bag, he approached the house and rang the door bell, standing back while he waited for the door to open.
"Just stay calm," he muttered. "We're not on the battlefield."
