So nobody would have thought that a Slytherin and a marauder would get together
I mean have you seen how they treat Severus
Even Remus never thought he would be in this position
But one day as he was walking he heard a loud/funny joke bound through the halls
It made him chuckle a bit so he looked back to see who made him smile for the first time today
A sudden clash of dark hair and pale skin made his heart stop
Sure he had seen other people who had this same type of clash but for some reason he was entranced
He kept waking but had his eyes glued to the source of these racing thoughts
However they were short lived because he walked into the great Hall and lost sight of that beautiful creature
After that he never saw that girl again
Subconsciously where ever he went he was looking for that beauty
Until one day he found the girl who had taken over his thoughts for the past few weeks
You were standing with a small group of your fellow Slytherins and his eyes widened slightly
When he first saw you he never noticed that you were a Slytherin
This new found information made him nervous because he knew there was a chance that his friends wouldn't accept you
Instead of disturbing you he watched from a distance
After a while he saw you say goodbye to your friend and walk back into the great castle called Hogwarts
He felt a bit stalkerish but still decided to run after you in hopes of being able to talk to you
He watched as you walked into the library with a parchment and paper between your hands
He ran to the edge of the library where he saw you unload your things and continue writing whatever you had been a moment ago
He wanted to lie and say there was no where else to go so he had to sit next to you
But one quick glance around would expose his lie
So instead of making something he marched right next to you and sat down
He got his homework out and pretended to focus on his work but actually he was seeing how you would react
You looked at him for a moment and asked if he needed anything
He said no just wanted to sit next to someone
,,,,okay
A few awkward moment of silence filled the space until eventually all you could do was shrug and continue working
Every so often he would try to start conversation which failed miserably
After about an hour of this you decided it was time to go and packed up your stuff to leave
Panicking, Remus called out to you and asked if you wanted to go to Hogsmead with him
That surprised you and honestly you weren't comfortable going to Hogsmead with a complete stranger
So you said maybe after you get to know about each other more
Let's just say that you "accidentally" bumped into Remus a lot more after that
