Noise Complaint | Sam and Neil
♬ — ♬ — Living in the Mire Apartments had its ups and downs. It was cheap, but that was both the good and bad thing. The utilities only worked half the time, the mattresses and whatever you sat on was hard, and the walls were thin. Those only being a small list on a rather long, long list of things wrong with this apartment complex.

His dogs began to whine and bark in combination with the sound of the guitar coming through, there was no way Neil could sleep peacefully now. So, he gets out of bed, grumbling and mumbling, and marches straight out of his apartment and to the disruptive neighbor. He doesn’t even bother making himself at least semi-decent, figuring that his pajamas, messy head of hair and bags sent the message.
Neil knocks on the door once, then waits a few seconds before knocking again, his patience quickly wearing thin. The nerve of some people...
