this is my first time in years posting a traditional drawing outside of a sketchbook … i wouldn’t say it’s a full FULL piece because that would require more effort probably, but it’s the closest thing to a full trad piece i’ve posted here. my scanner # killed the pink tones so i had to edit it a bit lol, but overall im very happy with how this turned out!!! i wanna start posting more traditional art and slowly go back to making full traditional pieces as i always intended before giving up some years ago. anyway. hope you like it :3c

i didn't really use my sketchbook that much this year... which is honestly something i regret a lot!! i miss practicing and doing fun stuff on paper with different materials and techniques, so i guess my goal for next year is actually drawing more traditional art and finally finishing this stupid sketchbook i started in 2023 f fa anyway my fav spreads are the LOONA + chuu pages and the 2nd and 3rd slides (believe it or not, i love using solid colors and monochromatic drawings, even if i dont post a lot of art like that). I also rlly like my new oc (the girl with glasses and the tartan skirt)!!! and yeah, im cooking another sona redesign ... dont worry, this will be the last one 😔

sketchbook dump but it’s actually art from three different sketchbooks #fuckitweball . 1) alessandra (oc) wearing a cool gothic lolita dress i found on pinterest. not much to say about it other than i actually like this drawing a lot despite being something simple 2) redraw of an old takumi drawing that i did tracing a digital sketch from my ipad. not an elaborate thing as this was just a quick practice but i think he looks cute 3) sketch of a drawing of my mikusona 4-5) liv (oc) drawings i did to start my sketchbook! she’s a cutie :3c also the outfit she’s wearing is close to her definitive design! or at least one of her main outfits 6) oil pastel thing i did that i liked 7-9) cybersigilism and doodle patterns because i vibe with that and i wanted to try. wanna move away from cybersigilism and develop something more abstract but im a #beginner so dont expect anything crazy. i really like how the first one turned out, it reminds me of frutiger metro kinda 10-11) glow effect practice and other stuff. idk 12) sorry for the terrible quality, blame my scanner lol, but. girl inspired by heejin from loona/artms, a club icarus look specifically. and other doodles.

13) and more doodle patterns and abstract girl made of. more patterns. idk if these are good but i had fun drawing them so idc anyway im not very happy with my main sketchbook but i do think the aesthetics im trying are closer to what i want my art to look like than my current digital stuff so i hope you like it :P (also not being hard on myself but con prep didn’t let me experiment with new things digitally as much as i would’ve liked to)

im not a big fan of mermaids (unless we're talking about mmppp🙂‍↕️), so i never participate in mermay, but i found this drawing back when i was decluttering my room and i remembered i wanted to redraw it for mermay sooo. here it is. it's just a quick drawing i did to go back to drawing after taking a small break and overworking myself with things that had a strict deadline, but im kinda proud of it sooo i hope you like it too :P
