Who’s behind the blog?

Hi, I’m Danielle, 28 years old, from the UK. I’m a qualified mental health nurse, and I am currently working within sexual health services. 

I have a passion for all things skin care and beauty and have very recently started to share and review my favorite products with my followers on Instagram - @beautytreasuresxx_ .

I’m sure that certain factors of my job, and the pressures of my working life have definitely had an impact on my skin. So I thought, why not chat to people working within a number of different professions to get their take?

I knew this was coming too. Our oldest #dog, Honey, has been though a lot. She went from being a very normal, happy dog to the being very #skittish and #scared to be touched after some #skinproblems. Then she became #terrified of #thunder storms (which was the only time she would come #hide by me and let me touch her for a while). Over the last year her hips and legs started sliding out from under her and she's been #losingweight drastically. On the plus side, she doesn't jump or run away when you touch her anymore😐. We've been putting off the #inevitable but I knew this was coming. I just didn't expect it to be today, the day after the 5 yr anniversary of putting Roc down, that she can't really stand up anymore and it's time to say #goodbye to her as well 😢🐕💔

Toasted sourdough, avocado, garlic, olive oil and sprouts. I wish I could eat this all the time but the bread will make me feel like shit, lol, because I did eat it for a week and it was no bueno for me. I haven’t tried anything yet to substitute sourdough.
