Having a self date today. But thinking about dream pack coffee dates, there's only one coffee shop that hasn't banned them yet

They got banned from one cause K wouldn't stop shouting

Banned from another cause skov snorted a sugar packet and the owners freaked out

Banned from a third cause one of the owners said something rude about Proko speaking Ukrainian and Jiang threatened to shank them with the knife in his boot

The one they go to now is the one a half hour drive away with an old little Belrussian lady as its owner and the pack love her and call her Grandma’am

Currently thinking hard about Skov & Swan’s origin story as a couple

Everytime I re-read the fragments of The Dream Thieves and get to the describtions of Kavinsky and Prokopenko I’m like:

Ummm, Maggie, sweetie, your xenophobia and slavophobia is showing, turn it down a lil, will you?

Not to mention her writing the parts with touching on K’s sexual orientation and internalized homophobia because boy oh boy, I could rant about it for hours.
