We are happy to hear of Bethesda's continuing support of the modding scene, even when official projects and mod teams are working on similar things. We know one of the biggest worries was Bethesda possibly legally threatening Skyblivion, and it's good to see that not happening.

Some people are waiting for Skyblivion instead of the remaster for Skyrim's in-depth appearance and combat mods,

Some people are waiting for Skyblivion to be able to give Martin Septim a schlong and go to town with him,

Just watched the first 15 minutes of Skyblivion and ohhh it's beautiful.

Not only are we getting 2 oblivions this year, but Skyblivion specifically will not only be far more accessible but also not cost the ridiculous amount that the remaster does, run better because it isn't using Unreal Engine 5 (which requires a pretty beefy computer to smoothly run), and we know it has been created with the utmost love and care for detail and accuracy.

Am I the only one who thinks it's WILDLY cruel of Bethesda to come out with an official Oblivion remaster NOW, after fans have spent more than ten years and COUNTLESS volunteer hours making the Skyblivion remaster piece by piece?

If I remember correctly, Skyblivion was supposed to release this year too, and Bethesda just swoops in like "nope fuck you and all of your hard work." I've seen the official statement from the Skyblivion team and they're being extremely gracious about it all, but jesus fuck that's just SO shitty.
