i think it's very poetic how skynet made something that it was afraid of and then cast out, the same way it itself was made and cast out due to fear

In the last ditch effort to win the Future War against the Human Resistance that is led by John Conner, Skynet sents two Terminators back through time:

- The T-800 model sent to 1984 to to eliminate Sarah Connor before John was born.

- The advanced prototype T-1,000 model is send back to 1995 to eliminate a young John Connor.

- The third Terminator, however, is a T-850 Infiltrator model that is sent back to 2028 to eliminate Jacob Rivers (the protagonist of Terminator Resistance video game) before he learned the coordinates of Skynet’s Central Core.
