hiii! today we had a university kick off for juniors so i came home around NINE PM.
i just finished my HL econ project, took some notes on periodicity for chem, and an annotating some articles for HL langlit. phew.
i attempted to work on my chem lab, but i think i’ll just leave that for the weekend when i have more time to actually calculate stuff and use my brain.
now i have to answer a few questions for TOK and go to bed! the week is almost over folks 🥳🤞

update: it’s 12:06am and im about to pull another all nighter. i slept like 14 hours yesterday so my sleep schedule is fuckkkked.
my goal is to finish my international IA for econ tonight. a good source ive been using is https://www.ibmastery.com/blog/how-to-structure-an-economics-ia so check that out if youre doing econ lol.
got a 18/24 (a 6) on my sl chem IA!!! so happy, the best IA i’ve done. life tip: do NOT do a complicated lab. a girl in my class made aspirin and another built a battery or something and got lower scores while I just tested the pH of drinks. better labs =/= better write ups. save your energy for the writeup and dont run out of steam doing the lab
finally, I need to study because we have a practice paper 2 tomorrow in hl english and it’s our first one on all 3 plays with no notes. rip. and i have a history test tomorrow. double rip.
(also i decided im going to do updates whenever i have to do a lot of homework or something because i like to complain. plus helps me feel motivated and not as alone)

it’s been a while but since I’m finally in year 2 of IB that means exams are coming up and most of my classes have begun reviewing. I’m going to start posting exam prep stuff I find relevant to my courses to kind of keep a database as I prepare.
here are my courses and the minimum score I want:

HL English - 5/6
HL Economics - 6/7
SL Spanish - 4
SL Math - 5
SL Chemistry - to pass
