theyre in love trust me
last one i swear
You keep on turning pages, for people who don't care
People who don't care about you
And still it takes you ages
To see that no one's there
See that no one's there
See that no one's there
Everyone's gone on without you
Thinking about alternate timelines.
What if Lizzie let Cleo live with her, just not in an ugly addition to her house, and Cleo never based with Etho? Cleo letting Lizzie burn her old build with encouraging eyes. Now, they're even.
What if Lizzie followed Pearl out of gratitude, and after finding that Pearl and Joel were going to be on the same team, decided to become the fifth member of the Mounders? Either stubbornly making her mound as pretty as possible, or joining Pearl, Bdubs and Joel in their seeming rot of building skills.
What if Lizzie, realizing she had no one besides her husband, travelled to the other side of the map to beg Gem to let her join her alliance. "Pumpkin sisters?" she'd invoke. They'd change their name to accommodate the new girl, and Lizzie would be in an aesthetic environment again... but this time, with no threat of lava being poured down on them. This time, they're safe.
What if Lizzie still died first, but this time someone joined Joel in their mourning. What if they had a funeral for her, just like they had for Jimmy. What if they had a memorial, just like Martyn keeping his allies' bones to honour their efforts.
What if Lizzie was given the recognition she deserves... from the fandom?
Theres a catapilar coming out of your eyeball 😨
canary curse analysis
alright. i keep seeing people call Lizzie the new canary. i would like to kindly disagree with all of ye :D
Lizzie is not the new canary.
lets take a look.
an enderman pushed Lizzie into the void, in the End. her cries were unheard. her fall was unseen. the only player there was Scott(hes irrelevant rn though sorry cyan guy) Joel was the only one in the overworld, who hadnt witnessed the death, to notice. her husband was the only one to notice. he spread the word. but still, no one had actually been there. (im really disregarding Scott im so sorry but hes just not a part of this)
lets look at our canary. he died in the overworld, with witnesses, to the hands of a wither and warden. (technically just the warden but shh) Jimmy's death was seen, his call was heard. the canary sang again. they heard his song. they heard the warning. they watched as the canary didnt make it out of the coal mine.
oh and Mumbo died too- he died just to make Grian sad.(#theWatchersagainsmh) thats about all i can say about that lol.
Lizzie is not the canary. Jimmy still is. his call was heard.
Lizzie's just silly and fell :3 (the Watchers forgot she existed so they couldnt prevent it)
hope you liked my analysis!!
Ok, we seriously need to talk about Lizzie's connection to the end this series
First, she drags half the server to the end to kill steal the dragon fight
Then she spends half the session trying to get most of the server to the end
Then when she gets told to kill someone, her first thought is to push him into the void
AND THEN, she dies to the void herself
And all that combined with her being completely alone, isolated, lonely, for most of the season pairs so well with void theming
And also the Watchers being connected to the end. Less related, but there's still something there
It's all just so!!!
I FINISHED SOMETHING FOR ONCE.
This took me 22 hours and 15 minutes, according to my art program. It was really chugging try to load as the layers added up. In the end, there are 115 layers, including my references.
The poem I used is I Will Rage Against The Dying Of The Light by Eileen Manassin, a response poem to Do Not Go Gentle Into That Good Night by Dylan Thomas.
Episode 6 was really fun, yeah? That glitch on Grian's end was rather interesting, huh? What if it was more than just a little blip of code? What if it was a glimpse into the afterlife?
Also Episode 8 was so funny and I think it could play into this concept I came up with.
More information under the cut, I just typed... A lot. GEHDNCB
