Totally agree with not being interested anymore. My god do I agree. I just can't stop though. It's like watching a disaster happen. I can't look away. And I'm sooo sad that Hoechlin will be gone, but I'm also happy because if I don't get any Derek, then Jeff can't hurt him anymore. However, as long as O'brien is on the show, I will continue to watch. (I had a lot more on this, but it started getting too long so I had to shorten it. :0)
I absolutely understand what you mean. I really didn’t enjoy much of season four, and might have stopped watching partway through. But as long as Derek was there I couldn’t bring myself to stop watching. Hoechlin was definitely my anchor (haha get it?) to the show, and with him gone I really don’t feel attached to it anymore. That was the last tie I needed severed to be able let go.
I do adore Dylan too, and I might have been tempted to continue watching for him, but with the Stalia storyline still going strong, I feel like a lot of his screen time will be taken up by interactions with her, and those scenes are really hard for me to deal with.
I hope the next season surprises you and is enjoyable though. <3
