The inside story on Vanilla 3. Cream, mousse, & cake all with vanilla on a serious turn up. I’ve done this one before( last year), but now i@ doing it better. I’m going to work on a different version - yet again - of this cake, but this one all by itself is rather 💣 💥. I intended on a different flavor profile, and will be trying it again. Do I really need Tuesday to think of my love for tacos? No... but it is fun saying Taco Tuesday 😜. I know Birria tacos are all the rage right now! Well Santo Taco has them and they are AMAZING😋. Quick history lesson - Birria is a Mexican stew made of meat braised in adobo, flavored with dried chiles and herbs. Santo Taco serves them on melted cheese and fresh tortillas that I have to assume are deep fried 🙏🤩. You can and should dip them in the Consomé!!
