Brother’s Conflict AU with @sleepy-and-pretty

Last time she remembered, Ruby ended up falling asleep on the couch again while watching TV, and she’s pretty sure she remembered sleeping alone too. But now she can feel this heavy weight pressing her down along with some long limbs that seems to restrain her.

Groggy silver eyes blinked open an the first thing she sees is a head of black hair at her face. She should really stop dozing off on the couch like this if she doesn’t want to end up being some body pillow for one of her brothers. It’s cute and all, but the season is starting to get too hot for cuddling.

“Oniichaaaaan~” She whined with a sleepy tone. Her hand weakly pats his head to wake up the self-proclaimed vampire from his slumber. “...get offff~” She then tries to move her legs to attempt to kick him off, but she is still too tired to make too much of an effort, so she just continues to whine.

She thought it was an earthquake. It wasn’t like her at all to sleep under a tree out of all places. Anzu immediately wakes up once she felt like the ground is shaking. 

“.......?!?!”

Her blue eyes only landed on a thin figure who is there right next to her. It took herawhile before recognizing him.

“..Ritsu-kun?”

Cheerleaders and Footballers

Mizumachi walked into the room with high spirits and energy. He had morning practice today and he was simply raring to go! They had a game scheduled in a nearby college and he was excited for it! How could you not when you had such reliable team mates? Sure, he missed Kakei and the rest of them but Sena was a cool dude! Kurita was a reliable upperclassman and the rest of the team were talented players!

Looking around, he saw the very person he was looking for. Ritsu was of course, sleeping. Class was about to start so he was going to have to wake up real soon. Mizumachi walked up to Ritsu to see him peacefully sleeping. Honestly, it made him feel just a bit guilty about waking him up, but--- he had to be awake for class. 

“Wakey waky, Ritsu~”

His voice chimed pretty loudly into Ritsu’s ears, which should have effectively woken him up. If not that, then perhaps the kiss on the lips he gave him would do the trick? Just like Sleeping Beauty? Snow White woke up from a kiss too. Both were sleeping with no signs of waking up. 

Taking his seat next to Ritsu, he grinned happily and draped an arm around Ritsu’s shoulders and shook him for an extra good measure. 

“You said you’re coming to the game today, right?”

He’d sure hope so. Those Koigahama guys were going to be there and we all know how they can be when they play games. They have to bring their girlfriends around to brag. It wasn’t like they had to fight back with cheerleaders of their own, but Mizumachi did want to get the support from his boyfriend. 

Was it wrong of him to also add on that Ritsu looked really nice in a cheer leading outfit? It’s true.

Morning Visit || Event

Morning. Of all the times--- Granted the sun wasn’t too hot yet, but Rei could already feel his energy dwindling the moment he stepped outside. There’s only so much his black parasol could do to protect him from his mortal enemy, but it’ll have to do. There’s no way he could skip out of work, not when there’s a big event going on.

After receiving his patrol assignments (and thankfully, he wasn’t given the extra load left vacant by the other officers---spare the old man, please), Rei reviewed his route, and wondered if there’s enough shade for him to survive until evening. He felt like crying, but he’d said he’d do this.

In his search for a nice perch, he found a welcome sight, one that made him feel his lethargy going away even for a little bit.

“Hhwoh? What do we have here~?” he greeted to the two who were setting up their booth.

“Dreadfully bright morning, no? Ritsu~? Tsumu---Aoba-kun~?”

But his greeting was immediately cut short with a yawn.

- (( Have I ever said how much I’m looking for pain? Rei and Ritsu sibling squabbles fit the bill right there. While I like watching Rei struggle, I do am rooting for them to finally patch things up.

- (( Sonico ( @macaron-lover ) What else can I say, but ‘Granddaughter’! Rei can give her presents and even music lessons/pointers, if she asks.

- (( Izumi ( @tsundere-model ) is on Rei’s good side, due to being Ritsu’s unit mate. While Rei wouldn’t try snatching Izumi away, that’s not going to stop him from trying to at least spoil the guy. Or tease him. Alongside Leo.- (( Izumi having to deal with two cuckoolanders at the same time; help him.

- (( Can Mika ( @mismatcheddoll ) be one of Rei’s children?? I think we have an AU where, instead of Shu, it was Rei who’d found and taken him in?

- (( Since Nagisa seems to know Rei (or at least acknowledge his existence), I was wondering if Ibara ( @dokuhebi-tactician ) would be digging around for dirt on the old man. This can turn out on the antagonistic side though.- (( Same with Hiyori ( @secondchildcomplex ) Would be nice if they got a little meeting or something. Would there be mud-slinging? Who knows.

Before my muse disappeared, they gave yours a series of ‘open when’ letters. Send a symbol to read them. ( x ) || @sleepy-and-pretty​— ✎: you miss me

The letter is written on old parchment, kept in a thick envelope and sealed with deep red-colored wax that may give the impression that it’s been sealed in blood. But that’s impossible; Rei couldn’t stand blood…right?

The letter reads:

Ritsu,

To be honest, I didn’t expect you to open this letter. In fact, I’m more certain that this particular letter would’ve been thrown straight into the rubbish bin.

I suppose that also goes for all of my letters to you.

But, that aside, please don’t be lonely, Ritsu. Even if I am not with you physically, I am with you in spirit, as with all of our ancestors.

That isn’t so reassuring, is it? But, what else could I do? I honestly wish I could be right there with you, Ritsu.

Ah, now I’m missing you as well. On the other hand, I have always missed you, my dear little brother. Always.

May our circumstances become favorable, so that I will be restored to you at the soonest. Until then, take care, Ritsu.

[NH] Waka... please wake up

Closed Underling of a yakuza heir starter for @sleepy-and-pretty

The day was just any other day for the student of this highschool. Students would be rushing to get to class on time before the late bell rang, others would be eagerly waiting for lunch time so they could hang out with their friends, and some students were spoiled heirs to the Yakuza, instilling fear into the hearts of those who shared the classroom with them. 

What? That’s not normal you say? Well, it’s normal for this class. The only saving grace about this situation was that Ritsu Sakuma, was perpetually stuck in a sleeping state. Most of the times, he wouldn’t do too much that would strike fear into their hearts. He still did some crazy things though, and the guys who would escort him to and from school were scary!

“Nhaa!~ Get this, I set a new record yesterday! I told you I could do it, dude.”

Mizumachi laughed as he was talking to a friend during their free period, boasting about the new personal record he set for himself the day prior. For a guy who joined the swimming team... even when he originally had no idea how to swim, he was doing great now!

Such a friendly and hyperactive guy he was. Though he never involved himself with the heir, what people didn’t know about him was-- that he was Ritsu’s underling who was placed in school to watch over him, and to ensure he never got hurt. By order, he was instructed to not act overly familiar with Ritsu in school in order to be like a spy of sorts, quietly observing their surroundings like an innocent member of the Yakuza-- who was very much willing to throw you into the sea in a cement block if you even dared to touch the young master. 

To help with this image of them not being related to each other in any way, Mizumachi acted overly friendly and energetic at school, the complete opposite of how he was back at ‘home’.

The only shame was that once Mizumachi arrived back home he sometimes found himself being scolded for interrupting a certain young master’s nap during the day time.

“Bats for Valentine’s Day? Kay!”

@sleepy-and-pretty gifted Mizumachi with A Valentine’s day gift! [X] Aayyy sorry but i’m saying no to formatting bc no...

Blink blink.

Chocolates? For Valentine’s day? Bat shaped? That’s not very Valentine’s Da- a very distant ‘YAAAAHAAAAAA!!’ sounds in the back of his mind.

No, bats, particularly DEVILbats were appropriate for any situation. Hiruma would surely agree. He used that logo for everything after all.

Suddenly, chocolate bats seemed so fitting for Valentine’s day.

Beyond the odd shapes of the chocolates, he was curious as to why he was being gifted them when Ritsu spoke up saying that he had leftovers from when he made some for other people.

So in essence, he was getting leftovers-- how nice and thoughtful of him! They hardly even knew each other and he still thought to gift him with some chocolates! SCORE~!

A big smile flashes across his face and he takes Ritsu’s hand and shakes it up and down excitedly. “Thanks a lot! You are really good at making stuff, huh? I don’t think I could do that.” Mizumachi wasn’t holding back on his honest praise.

Of course, he gratuitously accepted the chocolates that Ritsu gifted him and felt honestly, truly happy.

Usually among guys you don’t go exchanging chocolates with one another, but the sentiment still meant something to him. As he moved to Bellevue, even he had his moments of feeling alone. All his friends still lived back in Japan and he was here alone by his lonesome.

Things like this made him remember to do his best! His friends were worried for him so he had to do his best to stay strong!

“I’m sorry that I don’t have anything for you though. I don’t normally gift chocolates to people on Valentine’s day.” On the contrary, it was usually him being on the receiving end. He was a rather popular guy after all with a ton of friends!

Maybe... just maybe it will be the same here.

“Oh! Hey, do you have time? A bit away from the field is a place people don’t usually go to. It’s a great place for naps. I can tell you that as thanks for, this.” He lifted the gifted chocolate in his hand to make his reference clear.
