From Jeff's official description on the Wigglepedia Wiggle Wiki, "Jeff cannot help falling asleep, and when he dreams he dreams of being asleep." Jeff has such a tendency to fall asleep at inopportune moments that the Wiggles have an entire song called, "Wake Up, Jeff!" (which is also the title of a Wiggles album and a video special). His Wiggle color is purple, which is the best color, and he also plays the accordion!

Iconic Australian children's show character. Every kid in Aus remembers Jeff falling asleep and all the other Wiggles calling "Wake up Jeff!"

Girl would far rather take a nap than fight the forces of evil, but thankfully for us (and thanks to a persuasive cat) she does both. Loves naps almost as much as she loves food, which is a lot.

in the very first episode, she prioritizes taking a nap over studying immediately after getting in trouble for failing a test, in the episode where people are coming down with a sleeping sickness, Usagi says it sounds nice, because you can spend your whole life dreaming, in one episode, a student from another school asks her what her best subjects are, and she replies "naps and lunch," she frequently oversleeps and has to rush to get ready in order to not be late to school (sometimes, despite rushing, she's still late), and her little introduction she does at the beginning of every episode in the early seasons mentions that she loves to sleep.

They the littlest guy ever, all that they like to do is eat, play with their friends, and sleep. There’s a copy ability called sleep that literally just makes them tired, and in forgotten land there’s a more powerful sleep ability that give them a little blanket and bed. An eepy little guy.

kirby starts off a lot of his games napping & in forgotten land you can even take a nap with elfilin to restore health and it's ADORABLE. and of course, he has his sleep ability, which just makes him take a nap right after inhaling certain enemies.

This pokémon is the embodiment of sleeping (or hibernation more precisely). In the games, they block you path by sleeping in the middle of the road and you have to wake them up with a flute. In battles, they often use the attack "rest".

Sleeping and dreams are a major part of OMORI's story--they make up half the gameplay! He spends 4 years mostly asleep, and the player can explore an expansive world within his dreams, with characters based on people he knows in real life. Very sleepy guy.

She has narcolepsy due to some meddling from another character, but it's narcolepsy nonetheless. She spends a lot of time sleeping, but that does hold her back as she's able to get a lot done on Prospit (a sort of dream world). She cares a lot about her friends and has a lot of interests like nuclear physics, cartoons, her dog, and being a markswoman.

She loves sleeping and dreaming!

She's got narcolepsy (....kinda, it's complicated) so for most of her initial appearances that girlie is just off in sleepy town, absolute snoozeville. Also I have great respect for her ability to look so comfy while sleeping in objectively uncomfy places, like a greenhouse floor

sometimes the world just needs a sleepy whimsical puppy girl. that's how it is

she falls asleep at random moments, and she has a robot that acts out her dreams for her so she doesn't sleepwalk and potentially get hurt, but the effect of this is her online friends aren't always sure when chatting with her whether she's awake or asleep. they don't tend to realize they're talking to dreambot jade until she says something completely bizarre and nonsensical, but then sometimes she says strange and silly things while awake because she's a very silly girl (/positive) and trying to parse whether a thing she said is just her being silly vs her being asleep can be difficult. also she sometimes has visions of real events happening somewhere or some*when* else in her sleep.

Sleepytime Tea Bear:

He's literally snoozin on the package. His little night cap and gown. The DEFINITION of sleepy :)
