Small win I had today. As a person who's hygiene drops when my mental health does, and brushing my teeth is the bane of my autistic existence, I just brushed my teeth twice today like I'm supposed to for the first time in weeks.

i did it!!

i did two thirds of my midterm in two days!!

it's 4am. my eyes and skin are super mad at me. but i didn't take the easy way out this time. i picked myself up after a wasted day and DID IT. UNTIL IT WAS DONE.

now i only have one essay to write before it's due, and it is AT!! MOST!! 80%!! of the work i've put in today (equalizing the different types of cognitive labour for different formats, and deducting based on total length for each). and it only took, what? a couple hours? i'm affirming it right now, this'll be a breeze!!
