Heh, I was wondering if I should just look into some kind of preppy thing with polos and plaid shorts, which would make me look like a different kind of douchebag but hopefully since I’m me and not some blond scion named Timothy Parkington III or something like that I could avoid the personality that comes with that style of dress.

Are men's basketball shorts an option? I love them because the material is stimmy and they're nice and loose but I do constantly get asked if I'm about to work out (which in the summer I usually am but it can be annoying regardless)

I do wear that kind of stuff when I’m going to go exercise, but I’d feel weird and boring wearing that kind of stuff all the time. I think the main reason actually why I don’t wear more obviously GNC clothing is because I think it’s kind of dull at times, which men’s clothing in general is by my standard. But then, as I said before, I just wear women’s clothes and look cis. All I want is to be androgynous but in a fey way. :(

I like tank tops but I'm 90% sure I look douchey in them so I have no idea

I wear tank tops as undershirts so I’d feel strangely underdressed wearing just one normally. :P Then again those are women’s tank tops, I don’t know how I’d look in men’s. I do have nice strong shoulders so that helps.

The main thing I’m concerned about though is shorts. I got street harassed all the time when I wore “normal” women’s shorts which turn into Daisy Dukes with my butt, so switching to Bermuda shorts has helped, but they still make me look like a garden-variety cishet chick. But the only alternative seems to be baggy-ass cargo shorts like what frat dudes wear. Pants are not an option for my autistic ass in a Southern summer.
