Casting tests of recent molds made from the Alien: Resurrection Newborn head sculpt/jaw and the Alien: Defiance Praetorian Xenormorph head, jaw, torso and abdomen. 1:18 scale works in progress. Casting material is Smooth-On's Smooth Cast 320 - Off white resin. So far I have pulled three of each piece with no air bubbles or gaps in the pour.
