Easy S'mores Dip
This gooey, chocolaty S'mores dip brings the campfire vibes to your kitchen in under 10 minutes.
These homemade marshmallows will provide you with the ultimate s'mores delight. They have a chocolatey, fluffy texture and are packed with the flavor of a s'more from a bonfire. Ideal for roasting or incorporating into your preferred s'mores recipes!
Ingredients: 3 cups granulated sugar. 3/4 cup water. 1 tablespoon light corn syrup. 3 envelopes unflavored gelatin. 1/4 cup cold water. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 1/2 cup powdered sugar. 1/4 cup cornstarch. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers. 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips. 1/2 cup mini marshmallows.
Instructions: Place the corn syrup, 3/4 cup water, and granulated sugar in a saucepan. Stirring constantly, heat over medium-high heat until sugar dissolves. Spread the gelatin over 1/4 cup of cold water in a different bowl, and let it sit there until it softens, about 5 minutes. Remove the sugar mixture from the heat source as soon as the candy thermometer registers 240F 115C. When the sugar mixture is hot, add the softened gelatin and stir until it dissolves completely. After adding the mixture to the stand mixer bowl, allow it to cool for ten minutes. When it gets thick and fluffy, add the vanilla extract and beat on high speed for ten to fifteen minutes. Combine the cocoa powder, cornstarch, and powdered sugar in a different bowl. Lightly dust a baking pan with this blend. Transfer the marshmallow mixture into the pan that has been preheated and level it out. On top of the marshmallow mixture, scatter mini chocolate chips, mini marshmallows, and crushed graham crackers. Until it's firm, let it set for at least 4 hours, or over night. After the marshmallow has set, cut it into squares or other shapes with a knife or cookie cutters. To keep the marshmallow pieces from sticking, dust them with extra of the powdered sugar mixture. Roast these delectable, ooey gooey s'mores marshmallows over an open flame or incorporate them into your favorite desserts to enjoy!

Microwave the mixture for 30 seconds at a time, stirring after every 30 seconds, or until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Add the vanilla extract and stir. After the graham cracker crust has cooled, pour the melted chocolate mixture into it and spread it evenly. Cover the entire surface of the chocolate filling with a sprinkle of mini marshmallows. Gently toast the marshmallows with a kitchen torch until they get golden brown and a little burnt. Before serving, let the S'mores Tart cool in the fridge for at least an hour.
