First it started off as the "Joker Venom", which needed to be injected in the body, with needles, syringes.
Then "Joker Toxin", with the same premise, but it could be injested by breathing, too, because gas.
After that, a kind of drug was made, "Chuckles"(heh, like the dnd character(I bet Joker would play him)), only Joker used it, maybe Batman, Harley, and like, Scarecrow(cuz he has the fear toxin and like he's science guy, idk).
Then there was a 'knock-off', not by Joker, which promised only for the good affects, like feeling less pain and being able to smile more(antidepressants?), but resulted in a very addictive narcotic that a lot of people got addicted to. I dunno good names, but I did think of "CrayCraybar" or "Craybar", like crowbar, but crazy. Mostly Gothmites got it at bars, where the "bar" part came from, and it's also the reason why not many children got hold of it, in turn, didn't get addicted or affected unless their caretaker was on it.
Then, after the drug was almost gone and no one was afficted(not as much) anymore, I think "Smylex" took turn. A strong gas that Joker either breathed in through a gas mask for fun or poisoned the whole of Gotham(at least tried to) or both. Oh, and this version(this headcanon version) of Joker is pretty immune to drugs and stuff, so that's that.
Then there's the "Joker-itis", which would be maybe the term used for when one was infected with any of the previous. Or maybe it's be called the 'Mad Clown disease". But most likely (by the doctors and Batfam, &others) it's be called something more boring like the "Joker infection". (And, thought, John Doe, it'd be called the "John Doe infection", then, thanks to shortening and laziness, it's be "Doe infection" and then thanks to misinformation and miscommunication it'd be the "dough infection").
Another thing about the "Craybar"
Joker, finding out about it quite soon, was pretty happy, because he thought it was funny, but then he realised he didn't actually like that a drug like that was being sold. And he REALLY didn't like it when one of his hyenas had a small taste out of a homeless wo/mans stash or something and became really restless and unable to follow his order, not even a roll over for pats. So he made it his mission and pretty fast eradicated all the drug sellers, most not even by using lethal force or blackmail, and he made an antidote, which he artificially promoted and made it spread around quickly. Also, all before most the Batfam even knew, because they were busy and the drug secret was a secret (Bruce and Tim were the ones to know probably, but just didn't have time to do anything about it before Joker dealt with it). Turns out Joker could be quite the vigalante, too bad he decided to stay true to himself and be an evil tall-twink goober clown.

Joker: what? You guys didn't know i (kinda) started and stopped a drug ring?
Tim, mumbling, while he tinkering with some tech: I knew.
Jason: Lies, blasphemy!
Damian: father, did he-
Bruce, at the batcomputer, tirerdly: Yes, Damian, now go feed your pets.
Dick: when?..!
Joker: Oh, dunno… long time ago, six… seven years ago?
They're in the batcave and Joker doesn't know what's so funny that Tim and Jason held back snickers and Damian was trying to not let a smirk appear on his face as he quickly ran off to his pets. Dick, knowing the joke, didn't know why it was still relevant or why it was funny in the first place. And Bruce was just tired, didn't even pay any attention to them.
Smylex is the name of a toxin that the Joker developed. It is a poison that leaves a perma-grin on its victims. It's usually a vapor appearing either green or purple, and causes people to spasm and laugh uncontrollably before they die. The name is a play on that. I'm a Joker stan so I'm a sucker for the poison and for the villain himself.
Pariah’s Smylex IPA (Picked up at Windmill Farms). A 4 of 4. A pretty great hazy IPA -- the Nelson hop character is prominent and there’s lots of great complexity in the nose. Tropical, citrusy, as well as some herbal and tea-like undertones. The body has a nice spiciness to it and just a touch of bitterness in the finish. Quite a lot going on here, in a good way.
On saturday I was with my friends and my sister at the Hanami in Ludwigshafen.
The weather was perfect. Together with my sister we made Harley Quinn.
She make Harley of Suicide Squad and I from the new Lego Batman Movie.
Here are the pictures of my cosplay. Those with my sister are still following.
