today my baby kougra temporarily broke the transfer system on the neoclone i’ve been playing (they have a mootix attached so i’ve been lending them out for the avatar) and so i drew over this video thumbnail as a joke and then promptly lost the video forever. oops
A nutritious and delicious smoothie packed with fruits, vegetables, and protein, making it the perfect breakfast or snack option.
Ingredients: 1 ripe banana. 1 cup frozen mixed berries. 1/2 cup Greek yogurt. 1/2 cup spinach leaves. 1 tablespoon honey. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds.
Instructions: Peel and slice the ripe banana. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more almond milk if needed for desired consistency. Pour the smoothie into a glass. Garnish with additional chia seeds, if desired. Enjoy your Ultimate Smoothie!
